Sophiemuffin's Terms of Services
GENERAL
⟡ You are purchasing a digital file, not printed art.
⟡ You can not claim it as your own art, give credit where credit is due.
⟡ I still own the artwork, which means I can use it however I want. This means I might post it on social media or my portfolio, for example.
⟡ You will receive a full resolution artwork of your commissioned piece.
⟡ I have the right to not accept a commission.
⟡ We can discuss a deadline, otherwise expect the work to be done within 1-4 weeks.
⟡ Please provide visual reference!PROCESS
⟡ You will be sent a sketch in which you will be able to tell me what you want fixed/changed, removed, or added, or if I'm allowed to continue.
⟡ I will send you updates with wip pictures, you can tell me what changes you want then or if I can move forward.
⟡ Revisions can be made throughout the whole process, however if a meaningful change is required further into the commission it may come at an extra cost or may not be accepted depending on time constraints. Biggest changes should be requested during the sketching starting phase.
⟡ If you notice a mistake made by me in your work or need a small adjustment, let me know and i'll adjust it free of charge.USE
My art CANNOT be used for training AI, NFTs or other crypto-based platforms.
⟡ PERSONAL:
You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
⟡ PARTIAL COPYRIGHTt: 2x price
Uses such as: Youtube and Twitch channel; Promotional art for vtubers
⟡ FULL COPYRIGHT: 3x price
Uses such as: Printing for scale production: keychains, t-shirts, mugs; RPG, Visual Novels and tabletop gamesPAYMENT
⟡ Payment is via PayPal or VGen.
⟡ With bigger pieces (like a full body with detailed background), a deposit of at least 50% must be paid before I start working. I take the other half once the initial sketch is approved to continue work.
